About
Virtual Yangchen + Tuner
This app turns your phone into two instruments in one: a precise tuner for a real yangchen, and a playable virtual one you can practice on any time.
The yangchen is a traditional Bhutanese hammered dulcimer — also called the dratong for its many strings. A real one is a serious investment, so this app closes that gap: strike any string on the screen to hear it and start learning the instrument before you ever own one, then use the built-in tuner to keep whichever physical yangchen you do have in tune. No quiet room or spare afternoon with the instrument required — it travels in your pocket, ready whenever the mood strikes and wherever you are.
Beyond that, the app carries a simple mission: to help keep Bhutan’s traditional music alive and within reach, for anyone curious enough to pluck a string.
This locks the app again on this device. Enter the same activation key again any time to unlock it — no need to contact the seller unless you've lost it. Continue?
